Responsibilities For SDET - Automation Engineer (Egypt)
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to integrate testing strategies
- Create and execute test plans, systems, and procedures
- Write and optimize code within business modules
- Document test cases, risk analyses, and testing processes
- Perform manual and automated testing
- Identify, isolate, track, and resolve bugs
- Drive innovation and streamline testing processes
- Research and evaluate new tools and technologies
- Review user interfaces for consistency, usability, and functionality
Requirements For SDET - Automation Engineer (Egypt)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software testing with focus on test automation
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and related technologies
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks
- 1+ years working with Selenium, TestCafe, Playwright, RestAssured, and API testing tools
- 2+ years working with issue tracking systems and documentation tools
- 1+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Test Cafe, Postman, Insomnia, and Swagger UI
- Proficiency in JavaScript and related technologies
