Bumble is seeking a flexible, culture-centric, curious, and proactive People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP) to join their growing team, focusing on partnering with Engineering teams. Based in the UK, this role offers high autonomy in solving day-to-day people and organizational challenges. The ideal candidate will work closely with employees and managers, providing advice and support as the business evolves. Key responsibilities include providing daily support to Engineering leaders, coaching employees and managers, working on strategic people-related matters, collaborating on compensation and benefits, overseeing performance management processes, and managing complex Employee Relations cases across multiple geographies. The role requires experience working with Engineering or Product Development functions in startup or scale-up environments, solid knowledge of employee relations processes and employment legislation, and a strong understanding of Bumble's unique culture and mission. The successful candidate will be highly curious, collaborative, able to deal with ambiguity, and possess strong communication skills.
