Responsibilities For Lead Support Engineer
- Engage in design and development of efficient, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex backend issues
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
- Oversee maintenance and improvement of systems architecture
- Research and implement AI tools for documentation and code improvement

Requirements For Lead Support Engineer
