  • Design, code, test and deploy features on the digital platform
  • Support the implementation of the platform's technology strategy
  • Contribute to a maintainable, high quality, and performant codebase
  • Implement new features in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Work in an agile team environment
  • Communicate technical solutions and product ideas
  • Mentor other engineering team members

Requirements For Lead Developer

  • Minimum 5 years experience in modern JS frameworks
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, GraphQL and Node.js
  • Strong understanding of front-end architecture and modern development practice
  • Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Ability to drive technical decision-making
  • Track record in coaching and mentoring engineers
  • Experience with testing and automated methods
  • Experience in CI/CD practices
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Docker, Vagrant)
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with Java or .Net backend development (beneficial)
  • Experience with online Marketplaces in retail (advantageous)
