Calabrio, a leading customer experience intelligence company, is seeking an Integrations Developer to join their Professional Services team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining application integrations using C#.NET, MSSQL, and various APIs.

As an Integrations Developer, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of SaaS solution implementations, from initial scoping to deployment. You'll work alongside senior developers, consultants, and project managers to deliver high-quality integrations that meet customer requirements. The position requires strong technical skills in C#.NET, SQL, Docker, and API-based integrations, combined with excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with both internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities For Integrations Developer

  • Design, develop, test, and support application integrations
  • Participate in full lifecycle of SaaS solution implementations
  • Build and maintain application integrations using C#.NET, MSSQL, REST/JSON & SOAP APIs
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
  • Develop unit and integration tests
  • Provide clear documentation to internal teams and customers
  • Provide consultation on Calabrio APIs
  • Follow Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Contribute to knowledge base and share lessons learned

Requirements For Integrations Developer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development with focus on integrations
  • Proficiency in C#.NET, SQL, Docker, and API-based integrations
  • Working knowledge of version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems
  • Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
