Calabrio, a leading customer experience intelligence company, is seeking an Integrations Developer to join their Professional Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. As an Integrations Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting application integrations for Calabrio's customers using technologies like C#.NET, MSSQL, and various APIs.

The position combines technical expertise with customer interaction, as you'll work directly with clients to develop custom integrations with their business applications. You'll collaborate with senior developers, consultants, implementation engineers, and project managers in an Agile environment. The role requires strong technical skills in integration development, along with excellent communication abilities to work effectively with both internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities For Integrations Developer

  • Design, develop, test, and support application integrations
  • Participate in full lifecycle of SaaS solution implementations
  • Build and maintain application integrations using C#.NET, MSSQL, REST/JSON & SOAP APIs
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
  • Develop unit and integration tests
  • Provide clear documentation to internal teams and customers
  • Provide consultation on Calabrio APIs
  • Follow Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to capture client feedback
  • Contribute to knowledge base and share lessons learned

Requirements For Integrations Developer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development with focus on integrations
  • Proficiency in C#.NET, SQL, Docker, and API-based integrations
  • Working knowledge of version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
  • Familiarity with workforce management, quality management, or analytics platforms (preferred)
  • Background in customer-facing consulting or professional services (preferred)
