Capco, the world's largest Financial Services focused consultancy, is seeking an AI Engineer to join their Technology Delivery Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of GenAI implementation in financial services.
The position involves managing and developing GenAI solutions, including a chat platform and various applications focused on knowledge management and personalized content retrieval. You'll work with both technical and business teams, contributing to the entire solution lifecycle from evaluation to deployment.
As an AI Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing proof of concepts, reviewing code, and implementing AI solutions while working in an agile environment with international teams. The role requires strong expertise in AI engineering, cloud technologies, and programming languages like Python, Java, and Node.js.

Responsibilities For AI Engineer
- Help manage the deployment of GenAI chat platform and develop roadmap for future deployments
- Work with technical and business teams to develop GenAI solutions for multiple business units
- Develop solutions for knowledge management, personalized content retrieval, and service fulfillment
- Utilize understanding of Gen AI frameworks and deployment architectures
- Work with various internal client groups including international teams in an agile environment
- Evaluate options, develop PoCs, and review code and solutions from other team members
Requirements For AI Engineer
- 4+ years AI Engineering experience
- Experience collaborating with business groups in an agile environment
- Strong project management skills
- Experience evaluating technologies in the GenAI space
- Understanding of end-to-end solution components and related trade-offs
- Coding experience in cloud technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python and NodeJS
- Proficiency creating and using REST APIs
- Experience developing quick prototypes
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLMs
- Strong familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, artificial intelligence, or related field
