Distinguished Engineer - Marketing and Decisioning CardTech

Capital One is seeking a Distinguished Engineer to join their Marketing and Decisioning CardTech team. As a Distinguished Engineer, you'll be part of an elite community of technical experts shaping the future of banking in the cloud. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, working alongside developers, machine learning experts, and product managers.

You'll be responsible for driving innovation at multiple levels, optimizing business outcomes while creating robust technology solutions. You'll create technical communications, code samples, and blog posts to share knowledge both internally and externally.

Working specifically with the Marketing & Decisioning Tech teams, you'll help drive the vision and architectural direction for our platforms. This involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and other Distinguished Engineers to define technical strategies for products and platforms.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $239,900 to $328,500 depending on location, plus performance-based incentives.
