As a Staff Level Unity Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-scale, free-to-play mobile games. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse, global team across 25+ countries in a fully remote environment. You'll be responsible for architecting scalable game features, implementing monetization strategies, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines while ensuring optimal performance on low-end devices.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Unity development experience, with a proven track record in shipping successful mobile games. Your technical expertise in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns will be essential in maintaining clean, modular code. Experience with DevOps tools and cloud services is crucial, as is your ability to mentor team members and champion technical excellence.

Responsibilities For Staff Level Unity Engineer

  • Architect and implement scalable game features, ensuring stability and performance on low-end devices
  • Craft engaging free-to-play mobile game mechanics
  • Maintain live ops and engagement through regular events and content updates
  • Create and maintain Jenkins scripts and CI/CD pipelines
  • Integrate monetization features including ad mediation and marketing attribution
  • Mentor developers and guide through code reviews and architectural discussions

Requirements For Staff Level Unity Engineer

  • 5+ years of hands-on Unity development experience
  • Proven track record of shipping mobile games, especially free-to-play titles at scale
