Full-Stack Engineer

Casca is building AGI for banking, replacing legacy technology with AI-native systems that automate 90% of manual work. Their first product is an AI-native Loan Origination System with an AI Agent named Sarah that handles small business loan applications.

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Casca, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing banking technology. You'll work on developing and owning new features for their automated lending platform, making significant contributions to their software architecture, and implementing engineering best practices.

The role requires 4+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in front-end and full-stack development. You'll work with modern technologies like React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and AWS, while leveraging your knowledge of database technologies like Postgres.

The company is led by an all-Stanford team of AI/ML engineers and industry experts who have grown banking software companies to $150M+ in ARR. They're on a mission to unlock affordable, quick bank funding for 30M+ small businesses in the US, providing an alternative to high-interest online lenders.
