Full-Stack Engineer

Casca is revolutionizing banking technology by building AI-native systems that automate 90% of manual processes. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing their innovative loan origination platform featuring Sarah, an AI agent that guides small business loan applicants through the application process.

You'll join an elite team of Stanford AI/ML engineers and industry experts who have scaled banking software companies to $150M+ in ARR. The role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on America's small business economy by making bank funding more accessible and affordable.

Your responsibilities will include rapidly contributing to the software platform, developing and owning new features, proposing architectural improvements, driving engineering best practices, and implementing automated testing and CI/CD processes. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in front-end and full-stack development, plus knowledge of modern frameworks like React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Python.

This position combines technical challenges in AI/ML with meaningful impact - helping the 30M+ small businesses in the US access affordable financing instead of relying on high-interest online lenders. You'll work directly with founders who bring deep expertise in both technical innovation and banking industry success.
