Job Developer

The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is seeking a Job Developer to play a crucial role in helping formerly incarcerated individuals transition successfully into the workforce. This position is vital to CEO's mission of providing employment services to people recently released from incarceration, serving 8,000-9,000 participants annually across the United States.

The Job Developer will be responsible for increasing employment opportunities for program participants by matching their interests, experiences, and ambitions with suitable employers. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic planning, relationship building with employers, and direct participant support. The position involves developing and maintaining employer partnerships, achieving placement goals, and providing comprehensive support to program participants throughout their job search process.

This role is ideal for someone deeply dedicated to social justice, with experience in workforce development or recruitment, and a passion for making a meaningful impact in people's lives.
