Founding Engineer (Applied AI)

Centralize is revolutionizing how revenue teams operate by building an AI-powered deal collaboration platform. As a founding engineer focused on Applied AI, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions that transform enterprise sales.

You'll work directly with founders who bring experience from Facebook Shops, Slack Huddles, and Modern Treasury. The company is backed by Y Combinator, Salesforce Ventures, and notable industry leaders including Slack's co-founder Cal Henderson and ex-CPO Noah Weiss.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to:

• Own features end-to-end and architect core AI systems including SOTA research agents, chatbots, and RAG pipelines
• Build and scale LLM infrastructure that powers a new category of GTM tooling
• Work across the full technology stack to deliver customer-facing solutions
• Drive innovation in sales technology through applied AI research

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in LLM/NLP with excellent communication skills and a passion for building products. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, implementing research papers, and delivering high-quality solutions that delight customers.
