Mid-Level Adobe AEM + React Developer

CI&T, a global technology transformation company with over 6,500 employees worldwide, is seeking a Mid-Level Adobe AEM + React Developer to join their team in Brazil. The role is hybrid-based in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, requiring office presence according to current frequency policy.

The position involves working on a project for one of the world's largest life insurance companies. As a developer, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary product squad composed of both CI&T and client team members. You'll participate in squad rituals including planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives, as well as 1:1s with leadership.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Adobe AEM CMS, React development, and basic Java backend knowledge. You'll be responsible for maintaining and developing new features, implementing improvements, and enhancing the technical quality of the application. Experience with APIs and content integration is essential.
