Senior Kotlin Developer

CI&T, a global technology transformation company with over 6,500 employees worldwide, is seeking a Senior Kotlin Developer to join their team in building the world's largest Digital Beauty ecosystem. The role is part of the VS Financial Group, which manages over fifteen brands in its portfolio. You'll be working in a cross-functional product squad, collaborating with both CI&T and client team members. The position involves participating in squad rituals such as planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives, as well as one-on-one meetings with leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend solutions using Kotlin and Spring Boot, working with microservices architecture, and handling distributed systems in cloud environments. You'll be expected to champion best practices in software development, including code reviews, pair programming, and maintaining high-quality testing standards.

Key technical requirements include strong experience with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs, along with expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases is essential, as is experience with modern CI/CD practices.
