Responsibilities For System Integration Engineer – Python

  • Design and implement unique CISCO Silicon One™ Integration platform using Python
  • Create complex scenarios by understanding customer deployment and SW/HW limitations
  • Gain deep understanding of networking technologies
  • Interact with customers and reproduce field deployment cases in lab
  • Help maintain code quality, organization and automation
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software engineering teams
  • Participate in software design and implementation of tools for CISCO Silicon One™ products

Requirements For System Integration Engineer – Python

Python
Linux
  • Knowledge of Python programming language (object oriented)
  • Academic education in computer technology (BSc/MSc)
  • Good understanding of object oriented programming concepts
  • Good understanding of operating systems concepts
  • Good problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge of C++ programming language (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system (preferred)
  • Understanding of computer networks and protocols (preferred)
  • Familiarity with integration testing (preferred)
