Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Clarion is building the most advanced AI communication layer for healthcare, enabling clinics overwhelmed by routine calls and messages to finally come up for air. Our AI agents automate complex workflows end-to-end, freeing staff to focus on patient care. We are an in-person company based in New York.

As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be working on transformative healthcare technology that directly impacts millions of patients and providers. You'll develop sophisticated AI-powered communication systems, including voice and SMS engagement tools, healthcare staff monitoring applications, and integrations with various healthcare platforms.

The role offers unique technical challenges, from deploying generative AI at scale to building real-time voice infrastructure and creating highly personalized patient experiences. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including LLMs, voice synthesis, and real-time transcription while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

We're backed by prestigious investors including Accel, Y Combinator, and Sequoia (scout), having raised $5.3M. Our founding team combines healthcare expertise with technical excellence - our CEO is a Stanford/Harvard-trained physician, and our CTO has experience from Amazon Alexa and Salesforce.
