PL/SQL Developer (HCM)

CMiC, headquartered in Toronto, is a growing software company focused on the Construction industry. They have built a comprehensive platform for construction companies to manage their most important workflows, including Financials, Payroll, Project Management, and Budgeting. CMiC offers both SaaS and Private Hosted platforms and has a strong market share in North America, with rapid expansion internationally.

The PL/SQL Developer (HCM) role is a full-time, permanent position responsible for developing CMiC software modules using Oracle PL/SQL and Java. Key responsibilities include:

• Writing high-quality, well-documented code using Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Oracle JDeveloper
• Testing and debugging program units
• Participating in project and team meetings
• Evaluating alternative design approaches
• Providing analysis of customer-reported problems

The ideal candidate should have:

• A University Degree, preferably in Computer Science
• Minimum 7 years of professional programming experience using Oracle PL/SQL
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Java
• Familiarity with Oracle JDeveloper and API Development (assets)
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills
