Description For WMS Developer (Koerber/HighJump)

Collectors, the leading innovator in collectibles authentication and grading, is seeking a WMS Developer to join their expanding team in Guadalajara, Mexico. With over 1,700 employees worldwide and a rich history dating back to 1986, Collectors has established itself as the premier technology provider in the collectibles industry through its subsidiaries including PSA, PCGS, and WATA.

The role focuses on the PSA Vault, a critical component of Collectors' ecosystem that manages secure storage of valuable collectibles. As a WMS Developer, you'll work with Körber/HighJump WMS to architect and implement solutions that bridge warehouse management with vault management systems. This position requires expertise in PL/SQL, API integrations, and custom workflow development using Advantage Architect.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of hands-on experience with Körber WMS and strong technical skills in database optimization and integration development. You'll be part of the inaugural Guadalajara office, working in a hybrid environment with several days at the Midtown Guadalajara location. This is an excellent opportunity to impact the scaling of operations following the acquisition of eBay's vault business.

The role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring collaboration across multiple teams including operations, product, and engineering. You'll be responsible for developing custom solutions for complex workflows while ensuring system reliability and performance. The position offers competitive compensation and the chance to work with a dynamic international team while contributing to the modernization of the collectibles industry.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically skilled professional who wants to apply their WMS expertise in an innovative environment while helping shape the future of digital collectibles management. The role offers significant growth potential as part of Collectors' expansion in Mexico, with the chance to work on cutting-edge solutions in a rapidly growing market.
