About HostAI HostAI is the conversational AI platform for housing and hospitality. Our AI agents automate communications workflows for operators to increase conversions, reduce costs, and ensure customer success. Our agents automate messaging, handle phone calls, and manage tasks, all from one platform that seamlessly integrates with core housing and hospitality systems.

As a Senior AI Engineer at Conduit, you'll work directly with Lodovico (Founding AI Engineer) and Punn (CTO) to refine existing AI workflows and build net-new functionality. You'll have ownership over the entire AI lifecycle—from ideation, experimentation, and development to deployment in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement agentic systems that handle real-world, multi-step tasks
• Improve visibility through robust monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Introduce thorough unit tests, validation datasets, and performance benchmarks
• Own model and data pipeline integration
• Research and prototype advanced agentic AI
• Implement metrics, dashboards, and alerting systems
• Develop test frameworks and validation datasets
• Collaborate with backend engineers on platform integration
• Ensure AI infrastructure scalability
