ConnectOS is seeking an Application Developer for a 1-year contractual position, working Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST) in a hybrid setting. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in application engineering or software development, with expertise in Power Automate and Microsoft 365 suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Customization and Implementation: Work with clients to understand requirements, customize software, and oversee deployment.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and work with the development team on fixes.
- Power Automate Integration: Create and manage automated workflows, integrating with Microsoft 365 and third-party applications.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test cases, ensure functionality, and maintain quality standards.
- Documentation and Training: Create documentation and provide training for clients and internal teams.
- Product Improvement: Collect user feedback and collaborate on new features.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python
- Experience with SAP modules or HRMS tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing experience
