Description For Full Stack Developer - Unique relationship with OAI

Cosine is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their innovative team in London. As a key member, you'll be responsible for delivering a magical Cosine experience by building their Fully Agentic SWE platform. The company operates a custom model built by OpenAI specifically for their needs and is the largest OAI customer for SFT.

The role involves building end-user products (developer workflow tools) that leverage Cosine's LLM and AI technology to augment developers' capabilities. As they build tools for themselves and are their own customers, you should be passionate about creating exceptional developer experiences.

Key technical requirements include experience with reactive applications (React, Vue, Rails), NextJS, TypeScript, and backend development. You should be comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and various testing methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions) and monitoring systems (Grafana, Axiom) is essential.

The position requires minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience and familiarity with AI technologies like OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, ASTs, and Knowledge Graphs. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are crucial.

Benefits include a competitive salary package, professional growth opportunities, flexible hybrid work schedule (3 days office/2 days WFH), and access to cutting-edge AI technologies. Join a collaborative team working on innovative solutions in the AI and developer tools space.

The company, founded in 2022, is part of Y Combinator's W23 batch and has grown to a team of 12 people. Based in San Francisco with operations in London, Cosine is at the forefront of AI-powered developer productivity tools, making it an exciting opportunity for those interested in the intersection of AI and software development.
