Senior Software Engineer

Coval is a platform for simulating and evaluating voice and chat agents. We've raised a seed round and have seen 10x revenue growth in just 2 months, with strong customer demand for automated agent testing.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Coval, you'll be joining at a pivotal stage, becoming a core member of the early team. You'll directly shape our product and drive technical decisions that power our growth. The role involves close collaboration with customers, guiding them through onboarding, understanding their needs, and using feedback to refine our platform.

We're building the infrastructure that will power the future of AI agents. While anyone can build and deploy AI agents today, creating reliable agents is becoming a critical challenge. Our platform empowers companies to deploy agents with confidence, knowing they'll perform reliably in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own features end-to-end, from design to implementation
• Make key technical decisions that shape our core product
• Work closely with customers to understand needs and incorporate feedback
• Handle features with minimal specs and make UX decisions independently
• Build scalable solutions that evolve with LLM capabilities

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with NextJS, Typescript, and Python
• Background in infrastructure engineering
• Prior startup experience
• Strong understanding of LLMs and their capabilities (bonus)
• Passion for improving developer experience (bonus)
