Senior/ Lead Blockchain Protocol Engineer

The position involves designing and developing software for various venture projects adjacent to core businesses, requiring expertise in both blockchain protocols and backend systems. You'll be working with a dynamic team focused on building scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on blockchain protocol development.

As a Senior/Lead Engineer, you'll be responsible for making architectural decisions, conducting design reviews, and implementing solutions to complex blockchain protocol challenges. The role requires strong expertise in Go or Rust, along with a solid understanding of cryptographic primitives and distributed systems. You'll collaborate closely with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance the technical stack and drive long-term engineering initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of engineering experience, demonstrating strong backend development capabilities and a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges. Knowledge of blockchain systems and consensus algorithms is essential, while experience with Cosmos SDK or Ethereum core development is advantageous.
