VP / SVP of Engineering

Curative AI, Inc. is an innovative early-stage startup revolutionizing healthcare through AI-powered SaaS solutions. They've achieved financial break-even in their first year with $30M+ projected revenues for 2025. The VP/SVP of Engineering role will lead teams across Data, Software, DevOps, AI, and IT Engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing technical vision aligned with business objectives
• Building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
• Overseeing AI/ML development and deployment
• Managing data engineering and DevOps practices
• Ensuring system security and compliance
• Collaborating across departments to deliver solutions

Requirements:

• Located in Seattle Metro Region (hybrid work, 3 days onsite in Bellevue)
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years engineering leadership experience
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and modern software development
• Experience with large-scale data systems and DevOps practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
