VP / SVP of Engineering

Curative AI, Inc. is an innovative early-stage startup transforming healthcare through AI-powered SaaS solutions. Having achieved financial break-even in their first year with $30M+ projected revenues for 2025, they're now entering rapid growth phase.

The VP/SVP of Engineering will lead teams across Data, Software, DevOps, AI, and IT Engineering, ensuring delivery of cutting-edge AI healthcare solutions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight of architecture, AI/ML development, and data engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing technical vision aligned with business objectives
• Building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
• Overseeing AI/ML model development and deployment
• Directing data platform creation and DevOps practices
• Managing IT operations and security
• Collaborating across departments and representing engineering capabilities

Requirements:

• Seattle Metro Region location with 3+ days onsite in Bellevue
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years engineering leadership experience in healthcare technology/AI
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and modern software practices
• Track record scaling engineering organizations
• Strong communication and business acumen
