Senior Implementation Engineer

Deed is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to join their purpose-driven team focused on making social impact accessible through technology. As an Implementation Engineer, you'll manage implementations and enhancements for a growing portfolio of clients including major companies like Airbnb, Adidas, and Discord.

The role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities. You'll work with Deed's largest clients globally to solution, consult, troubleshoot, implement, and launch scalable technical integrations. Based in New York City, you'll serve as a consultative partner during client integrations while utilizing your development experience to ensure solid and scalable implementations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing technical implementations and enhancements for enterprise clients
• Providing integration best practices and consultation
• Developing subject matter expertise in specific solutions/verticals
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering
• Leading technical discussions with C-level contacts

The ideal candidate brings:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly with web APIs
• Experience with modern web frameworks like React and Node.js
• Strong ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
• Problem-solving capabilities for complex integration challenges
