AI Server Platform Software Lead

Dell Technologies is seeking an AI Server Platform Software Lead to join their Infrastructure Solutions Group Compute Systems Engineering (ISG CSE) organization. This role is at the forefront of innovation in Artificial Intelligence enterprise platform systems, focusing on the delivery of AI server products for external customers. The position involves leading software development and integration of platform development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing high-complexity AI products through their entire lifecycle.

The role requires a strong technical background in compute, storage, and networking architectures, with specific emphasis on AI enterprise data center systems. The ideal candidate will possess 12-15 years of experience (or 8+ years with a master's degree) and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities in managing multi-disciplined engineering workgroups.

As an AI Server Platform Software Lead, you'll be responsible for coordinating software development efforts across different regions, maintaining relationships with vendors and technical partners, and ensuring timely software bundle releases.
