Firmware Senior Principal Engineer

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to join their Firmware Engineering team in Taipei. This role focuses on BIOS management for assigned projects, including software requirements analysis, design documentation, and technical specifications. The position involves working with ODMs and vendors for software development, managing issue resolution, and ensuring project success through entire development cycles.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of BIOS-related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience in BIOS development. Key responsibilities include providing technical assessments for new product development, managing vendor relationships, troubleshooting software issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including EE, BIOS, Testing, and internal software teams.
