Responsibilities For Information Security Engineer
- Work closely with the CTO and Head of Security to implement and maintain security policies
- Manage and maintain security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, AI Act, and other industry regulations
- Handle customer security requests, questions, and forms
- Oversee access rights management, onboarding, and offboarding security processes
- Collaborate with sales, HR, and tech teams to align security and compliance efforts
Requirements For Information Security Engineer
- 3-5 years of experience in security/compliance roles within a scale-up or Series A environment
- Technical/engineering background required – understanding of security concepts, architectures, and integrations
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and experience advancing and maintaining security certifications including ISO 27001:2022, NIS2, SOC2, GDPR, and AI Act
- Hands-on experience in compliance management, risk assessments, and audits
- Familiarity with rights management, onboarding, and offboarding security processes
