Our mission is to make compliance effortless through AI-driven solutions that automatically collect evidence and streamline remediation processes. We're helping hundreds of companies achieve compliance with frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS.

As a founding member of our engineering team, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Shape our technical vision and engineering culture from the ground up
• Own and develop major product components, including complex features like multi-tenant architecture
• Implement robust observability solutions to enhance our engineering processes
• Work directly with founders and contribute to strategic business decisions

We're looking for engineers who are:

• Proficient in modern web technologies (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
• Experienced with cloud platforms and infrastructure best practices
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passionate about building MVPs and iterating based on user feedback
• Strong communicators who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
