The role involves supporting one of their major clients, a global corporation with 34,000+ stores across 80 markets. The position requires 2-3 years of hands-on SRE/DevOps experience and focuses on maintaining and optimizing critical systems.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in Linux/Windows administration, cloud platforms (particularly Azure), and infrastructure management using Terraform. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security principles, and SQL is essential. The role demands excellent communication skills with Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, as you'll be directly interacting with clients and handling technical support inquiries.
