Description For Investigations Manager

The Global Security Investigations (GSI) Team at The Walt Disney Company is seeking an Investigations Manager to conduct research and investigations that protect the people, assets, and brand of the company. As an Investigations Manager, you will be part of a 24/7 response unit supporting the Global Security division. Your responsibilities will include conducting complex investigations into unlawful activity and violations of company policies, performing open-source intelligence (OSINT) research, authoring detailed professional reports, collaborating with other business units, and maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document complex investigations efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally
  • Perform OSINT and internet research to support investigative matters
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive client relations
  • Author detailed professional reports and maintain well-organized incident files
  • Collaborate with other Investigations Managers and partners on security enhancements
  • Interface with executives on security and investigative matters
  • Develop and deliver employee training to maintain awareness and minimize incidents
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout investigations and incidents
  • Be available for after-hours and weekend on-call duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investigative practices
  • Advanced internet research skills and proficiency in OSINT
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience with case management systems
  • Proficiency in standard office software programs
  • Experience leading a security operations or investigative team
  • Experience interfacing with law enforcement agencies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
