Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is at the forefront of reimagining magical viewing experiences for the world's most beloved stories while transforming their media business for the future. The Tooling Ecosystem (TECO) team plays a crucial role in managing the Content Portal and CoCo applications, which provide mission-critical operator functionality for maintaining streaming metadata accuracy.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be joining an innovative organization focused on providing the best possible video playback experience, art, and metadata to customers worldwide. You'll work on streamlining technology across different business and distribution channels – including streaming, linear, and theatrical.

Requirements For Lead Software Engineer

  • 7+ years of web development experience required
  • Experience building consumer-facing single-page applications in JavaScript
  • Experience developing rich, interactive user interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular, Vue
  • Experience building services using REST and GraphQL
