As a Lead Android Engineer at Disney, you'll be responsible for building apps enjoyed by millions worldwide, specifically working on Disney+ and Star+ applications across various devices including phones, tablets, and TVs. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team working with cross-functional groups to create scalable, elegant solutions.

The role offers competitive compensation with a base salary range of $152,200 to $223,600 depending on location (Glendale, NYC, or San Francisco), plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Requirements For Lead Software Engineer

Kotlin
  • 7+ years of production experience with Kotlin and the Android SDK
  • Proficiency with Reactive Programming and Dependency Injection
  • Well-versed in different architectural patterns (MVI/MVVM or equivalent)
  • Pristine communication skills who can collaborate well across teams
  • Experience resolving production issues ideally on a large scale
  • Successfully lead a project from start to finish
  • Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent job experience
