The Commerce, Growth & Identity (CGI) organization is dedicated to building innovative and cutting-edge capabilities to drive subscriptions, engagement, and monetization across Disney's streaming and digital products. As a Lead Software Engineer in Applied AI, you'll be responsible for:

  • Integrating generative AI to power business impact on frontend clients
  • Applying machine learning models on large scale data sets to boost conversions on Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+
  • Improving engineering efficiency using development data
  • Discovering applications for ML/AI for Disney's streaming brands
  • Collaborating with engineering teams and product managers
  • Mentoring team members on ML and AI technologies
