This role involves leading a team of cybersecurity professionals who simulate real-world cyberattacks to uncover vulnerabilities in Disney Experiences (DX) and Disney Corporate systems. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing security testing strategies, managing engagements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Disney's security posture. Responsibilities For Manager, Security Assurance
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals specializing in research and adversarial testing
- Develop and implement strategies for conducting cybersecurity research and testing initiatives
- Manage planning and execution of SRT testing engagements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align security testing activities
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of testing and research efforts
- Evaluate and oversee deployment of security tools and technologies
Requirements For Manager, Security Assurance
- 8+ years of related IT security testing experience
- 8+ years of experience leading a security testing team
- Experience with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, NMAP, Wireshark
- Proficient knowledge of system hardening testing
- Experience with Cloud Solutions (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Strong knowledge of network devices and secure configurations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CIS)
