Our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company's premier vacation brands including Disney's Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.

The DX Technology & Digital team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney!

As a Manager of Technical Project Management, you will lead a team responsible for supporting program/project management functions. You will maintain a strategic view over a set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives or large-scale change. Your role involves managing a team of Technical Project Managers, mentoring them through the project life cycle, and working with business leaders and key partners to support engineering efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership on Project and Program Management
  • Working with engineering teams to establish processes across all program areas
  • Assessing risks and formulating mitigation plans
  • Supervising high-priority matrix projects
  • Continually reviewing and allocating resources
  • Ensuring alignment to quality standards
  • Leading Strategic Planning Functions

Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years of technical project/program management experience
  • 5+ years leading resources in a strategy & portfolio management organization
  • Experience with financial management and budget processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience partnering with technology, internal business partners, and vendors
  • Experience with Agile Application Lifecycle Management tools
