Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to drive security and operation anomaly detection initiatives within the Commerce Growth and Identity Business Unit. As a Principal ML Engineer, you'll:
- Lead the design and optimization of ML models for security improvements
- Manage end-to-end ML development lifecycles
- Drive data-informed decision making through complex analyses

- Mentor and grow a team of data scientists
The ideal candidate brings:
- 10+ years of experience building and deploying ML solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL

Responsibilities For Principal Machine Learning Engineer
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning models that improve our security posture
- Manage the full lifecycle of ML development, including data collection, feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, and production
- Lead exploratory analyses and complex statistical modeling

Requirements For Principal Machine Learning Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

- Experience with data wrangling tools and big data platforms
