Senior Platform Engineer - Identity & Access Management

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) group, responsible for providing a Core IAM ecosystem of products and platforms used across the company by cast members, employees, and partners.

This role combines technical expertise in IAM solutions with platform engineering, requiring deep knowledge of enterprise-scale identity management systems like Okta, Active Directory, and SailPoint. You'll be instrumental in Disney's IAM Transformation program, working on automation, integration, and maintenance of critical identity and access management infrastructure.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IAM experience, strong technical skills in security protocols and standards, and the ability to work with enterprise-scale systems. You'll be working with cutting-edge identity management technologies while contributing to the security infrastructure that protects one of the world's most beloved entertainment companies.
