The Product & Engineering team within Workforce Technology focuses on integrations between various HCM systems. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of a team dedicated to building solutions that help automate HR processes, improve end user experience, and enhance data integrity between various HR systems.

You'll be responsible for leading the development of system integration solutions, focusing on HR data between internal and external systems. This involves designing and implementing applications using Web Services methodologies, building user-friendly interfaces, and managing server-side programming and APIs. You'll work with technologies like REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and various database systems.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $138,900 to $195,000 depending on location, plus bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits. You'll be working in a collaborative environment where you can mentor junior team members and influence critical technical decisions.
