Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is a global organization building the technological backbone for Disney's media business globally. The Ad Platforms team creates innovative global advertising solutions and mission-critical tools for ad sales, traffic, and marketing.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Salesforce Engineering team, you'll shape the future of our Salesforce platform. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using Apex, SOQL, and SOSL. The role requires strong collaboration skills and startup mindset, working in an agile environment to deliver performant and scalable features.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, RESTful services, LWCs, and Aura
  • Implementing Salesforce architecture strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborating with Product Managers on automation rules and Pardot/MCAE functionality
  • Championing best practices and quality standards
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and maintaining system stability

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Lightning Flows, Apex Triggers
  • Strong understanding of Pardot features and automation
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

The role offers competitive compensation ($145,500-$195,000 in Seattle/NY, $138,900-$186,200 in Santa Monica, $152,100-$203,900 in SF) plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
