Sr Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Disney Experiences (DX) Tech & Digital team is seeking a Sr Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their Infrastructure Platform Engineering team. This role is crucial in designing, developing, and engineering infrastructure platforms that power Disney Experiences across Parks & Resorts, Disney Cruise Lines, and Disney Vacation Club.

The position involves leading the design and implementation of container orchestration platforms, developing infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, and managing load balancer solutions. You'll be working with cutting-edge cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring seamless deployment of high-quality applications for guests and cast members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Kubernetes and AWS ECS container orchestration platforms
• Implementing infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
• Managing load balancer solutions and OS image configuration
• Developing automation scripts and troubleshooting complex issues
• Creating system documentation and evaluating technology solutions
• Collaborating with teams to drive solution adoption and quality

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise cloud solutions
• Strong proficiency in cloud-based Kubernetes architectures
• Expertise in cloud networking and architecture
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
