Sr. Digital Creative Developer

As a Sr. Digital Creative Developer on the Communications Technology team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing digital destinations that bring immersive stories to life across the globe.

You'll work in a hybrid environment from our historic offices in the Hollywood Studios backlot, collaborating with editorial, creative, insights, and engineering teams to elevate user experiences across Disney websites, mobile apps, digital signage, and social media. Your technical expertise and creative ideas will contribute to global engagement campaigns and web experiences seen by millions of fans, as well as content platforms used by Cast Members and employees across Disney.

The role demands exceptional understanding of programming languages and development processes, with a focus on frontend technologies like React, JavaScript, and PHP. You'll lead the technical implementation of frontend experiences, create reusable components, and ensure accessibility standards are met. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of interactive design and development experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for the Disney brand.

Key responsibilities include designing magical user experiences, leading project teams, developing technical solutions for digital communications, and maintaining reusable components. You'll also guide content owners through Disney's digital landscape and stay current with evolving technology trends.
