Sr Project Manager

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for Production Technology to join their Program Management & Enabling Technologies team. This role will oversee the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects supporting the Post Production Engineering's Build program. The Sr. Project Manager will manage technology initiatives for the Build program, lead large-scale complex projects, serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, and lead sprint kick-offs and closures.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing technology initiatives for the Build program
• Leading large scale complex Build projects
• Serving as key point of contact for stakeholders
• Supporting and tracking technical requests
• Creating and managing Bills of Materials
• Leading sprint kick-offs and closures
• Leading quarterly portfolio planning and project road mapping
• Ensuring clear reporting of project status
• Maintaining KPI dashboards
• Applying analytical and critical thinking to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management
• Strong experience managing technical operations teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira
• Ability to create workflow drawings and process maps

Preferred qualifications include experience in Post Production environments, familiarity with D-Tools and Scheduall, experience with Business Intelligence tools, PMP certification, and Certified Scrum Master certification.
