Sr Software Engineer

Enterprise Technology at Disney is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Workflow Engineering Team within the Cloud and Data Transformation Engineering Organization. This role is crucial in developing applications and services that orchestrate and automate business process logic workflows for enterprise applications. The position involves working with various Disney properties including Disney Studios, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, ESPN, ABC, Marvel Studios, and Pixar.

The role focuses on connecting, automating, and instrumenting technologies to enable secure, rapid, accurate, and efficient management of data, systems, and services, both in cloud and private data centers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud services, serverless architecture, and infrastructure as code, with proficiency in languages like Python, NodeJS, Java, or Go.

This position offers competitive compensation with a base salary range of $138,900 to $186,200 in Burbank, CA, and $145,400 to $195,000 in Seattle, WA. The package includes potential bonuses, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits. The role requires 5+ years of experience and offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, complex software systems that support Disney's diverse entertainment and media operations.
