Senior Full Stack Engineer

Distro is building the AI platform of record for inside sales and counter reps in the industrial distribution industry. Our platform helps reps quote faster, close more business, and improve margins — all while delivering a superior customer experience.

We're a well-funded, post-YC (S24) startup with strong early traction and growing customer demand. Our goal is to modernize a massive industry that has historically been underserved by software.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll join our early technical team to work across the stack building, shipping, and scaling core product functionality. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role ideal for someone experienced with early-stage startups.

You'll collaborate directly with the CEO and founding team, operate with ownership, and help lay the technical foundation for the years ahead. The role involves designing and maintaining features across the full stack, translating product needs into scalable software, and making key technical decisions.

We're looking for someone with 6+ years of experience building full-stack web applications, proficiency in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB, and a track record of shipping in fast-paced environments. Strong engineering fundamentals and excellent communication skills are essential.

The role is based in Palo Alto with a hybrid schedule (in-office Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, WFH Wed). You'll be joining at a formative stage with real traction and customers in a huge market ready for transformation. This is an opportunity to shape the product, codebase, and company's future.
