Software Engineer - Fintech

Dripos is hiring a Software Engineer to help build and scale one of the first comprehensive fintech platforms (payroll, banking, and accounting) for brick and mortar businesses. We are looking for full stack engineers to handle the end-to-end development of multiple financial products. Ideally, you have a strong sense of ownership and enjoy seeing your work immediately scale in production. This is the perfect role for an engineer that's passionate about fintech and wants to have an outsized business impact.

What you'll do

• Create intuitive products for customers to manage the entirety of their financials
• Design the architecture of a complex and interconnected fintech system
• Influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team
• Collaborate closely with the client-facing teams to transform ideas into an impactful product

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
• Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City
