Description For Automation Engineer

DuPont is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. Responsibilities For Automation Engineer

  • Develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes
  • Maintain and optimize existing automation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot automation system issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements For Automation Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial automation
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
  • Experience with industrial control systems and PLCs
  • Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES)
  • Understanding of SQL and database management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
