Responsibilities For Sr. QA Engineer
- Lead design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans
- Implement manual and automated testing best practices
- Identify and track software defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze application performance metrics
- Conduct regression, exploratory, and usability testing
- Lead root cause analysis for complex failures
- Mentor junior QA engineers
- Work with globally distributed teams
- Stay current with testing and DevOps practices
Requirements For Sr. QA Engineer
- 4+ years of experience in mobile and web testing, focusing on automation
- Strong expertise in defining, designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks
- Experience with XCUITest (iOS), Espresso (Android), and Playwright (Web)
- Experience writing and executing manual and automated test cases
- Strong ability to identify and root cause automation test failures
- Experience supporting weekly release regression testing
- Deep understanding of software development and product lifecycle
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
